Ade Graivan Saragih, S.H. is the Partner and Founder of GSG & Partners – Law Office. Obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University in 2005.
Graivan began his career in 3 mining companies as a legal counsel and currently still handles 2 mining companies (coal, bauxite & nickel) as a corporate legal counsel at PT. Harmoni Panca Utama & PT. HPMU.
Graivan is profound in advising clients on disputes and litigation, compliance, general corporate matters. For more than 14 years as a corporate legal counsel, he has extensive experience in handling disputes, familiar in handling company licensing, general corporate law, litigation, labor law and has a good network.
Graivan is a corporate commercial lawyer focusing mainly on corporate commercial law and with expertise in mining.

Daniel Setiyawan Sinambela S.Kom., S.H. is an Advocate and founder of GSG & Partners – Law Office, located in Cilandak, South Jakarta. A legal expert who manages legal areas throughout Indonesia who is an expert in the field of legal matters by promoting high-level professionalism.
Before joining GSG & Partners, he had experience in managing and arranging and Socialization Module on Urban Criteria Standard (NSPK) and participate in the formation of Spatial Planning Law at Regional Dissemination Work Implementation of Urban Spatial Planning, Urban Development Work Unit Directorate General of Spatial Planning, Urban Directorate, Urban Sub-Directorate, Ministry of Public Works. (2005-2011).
His practice focuses on complex commercial issues as well as tax, criminal, general corporate law, criminal litigation and labor law. Prior to establishing GSG & Partners, he was a former partner of a renowned litigation law firm in Indonesia.
Daniel is an expert in Tax Law and he was a consultant for foreign companies from Singapore.

Fajar Gloria began his career in the field of law and officially carried out the Advocate Professional practice since 2007. Having experience for many years in the world of Advocates up to now is still actively providing Legal services for Clients in the field of Non Litigation and Litigation both in Criminal and Civil also has Special Competence in Handling Business Law Cases (Companies). Fajar had been an expert staff in a government agency and he was very familiar with the business processes of government institutions.
